Amazing hotel nice and helping staff. Everything is perfect about this hotel . One must visit this hotel if you go chail, highly recommended. The rooms are also designed well with all modern facilities.. Breathtaking view from the balcony and we got glimpses of our first snow here.. The beauty of those snow capped peaks will be etched to my memory for a long time.

The property was a cherry on the top of our vacation. It was clean, the staff was courteous, the view from the room was mesmerising, and the food was simply amazing. We had booked the property’s family suite, and it was the best decision. Would love to stay at Chail Residency again!!
